Winter Springs adopts state-required comprehensive-plan amendments, begins next-phase update
The commission adopted ordinance 2024-11 updating the city’s comprehensive plan (EAR-based amendments) to meet state requirements and extend the planning horizon. Staff said the adoption clears a statutory transmittal deadline and that a broader plan update continuing to 2050 will follow.
