The Marion County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved changes April 15 to buffer and fencing requirements at Emerson Point, a planned unit development east of Northeast 20th Street and north of Northeast 30th Avenue, after the developer demonstrated preserved vegetation and agreed to complete privacy fencing in several locations.
