County staff: state-funded saturated-buffer projects nearing construction; county to provide administrative support
Kossuth County staff updated supervisors on several state-funded saturated-buffer projects designed to reduce nutrient runoff. The projects are funded and administered by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS); county staff will assist with bidding oversight and invoice processing.
