Observers press Delaware County for clearer rules on logic-and-accuracy testing and ballot processing transparency

Multiple residents and voter groups urged the county to loosen observation restrictions during logic-and-accuracy testing, allow limited close viewing and photographs of non-sensitive displays, publish BlueCrest sorter counts and chain-of-custody data, and expand return-board scrutiny of mail ballots.
