Polk County commissioners approve amended contract with PacificSource Community Solutions
Polk County commissioners voted to approve Contract No. 25-34 with PacificSource Community Solutions, formally extending a Coordinated Care Organization agreement through Dec. 31, 2026, and adopting reimbursement rate changes effective Jan. 1, 2025; commissioners said the county had been drawing funds while signatures were finalized.
