Council accepts two resignations, appoints advisory members and dissolves a community facilities district

At its April 8 meeting the Modesto City Council unanimously approved a set of administrative items: it accepted the resignations of Nancy Norton and Karen Adams from the Golf Courses Advisory Committee; appointed Christopher Fox to the Modesto City–County Airport Advisory Committee; appointed Catherine Hall Boyer, Joshua Navarro, Jack Legaria and Jeremy Brown to the Blight Abatement Advisory Committee; approved a broad consent calendar of public works, budgeting and contract items; and adopted an ordinance dissolving an older community facilities district and extinguishing its related special-tax liens.
