The Senate Revenue and Taxation Committee approved House Bill 2746 on a 6-4 vote. The bill revises definitions in the Remote Quality Jobs Investment Act to expand the types of health plans that can satisfy the program’s "quality jobs" requirements while excluding certain plans.
