Carroll County Commissioners on April 7 approved a request for proposals (RFP) for construction of a roughly 1,400-square-foot slab-on-grade laundry building at the county facility, authorized the purchase of two additional resident refrigerators at below-budget prices and agreed to proceed with payment on a $7,000 replacement control panel for a nursing-home fire panel pending executive review.
