Assemblymember Pacheco, presenting SCR 1 on behalf of Senator McGuire, said the changes include correcting legislative calendar dates, making a joint-rule change requiring an emergency ambulance employee preparedness act amendment to be published in its final form for 12 business days before passage, and other technical non‑substantive edits. "I respectfully ask for your aye vote on SCR 1," Assemblymember Pacheco said.
