CSU reports progress on Title IX compliance: staffing increases and audit work largely completed
The California State University told an Assembly subcommittee that it has expanded its civil‑rights and Title IX resources and completed most of the California State Auditor’s recommendations, but that a systemwide case management system remains to be implemented.

Peter Lim, executive advisor for Civil Rights Programming and Services at the CSU Chancellor’s Office, briefed the subcommittee on systemwide Title IX efforts. Lim said the Chancellor’s Office has increased staff dedicated to civil‑rights and Title IX work, moved to publish campus data on Title IX program performance, and completed most recommendations from the California State Auditor’s review.
