At its March meeting, the Eugene Human Rights Commission approved $500 to fund a sober space at Eugene Pride, voted to send a letter of support to the University of Oregon Human Rights Center, and authorized an ad hoc statement to be transmitted to and read before the City Council, with a staff memo to follow.
