The Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission on April 1 recommended that City Council approve a replat that would split an oversized lot on Tilden Street into two single‑family lots and approved a separate replat for 3100 Tom Lambert Boulevard in the Eagles Landing Business Park. The commission met at 5:30 p.m. and also approved meeting minutes from Feb. 4 and March 4.
