Cleburne council approves consent agenda; RS2 pulled for separate consideration

Staff noted RS2 needed to be pulled from the consent agenda before the vote.
Mr. Weathers moved to approve the consent agenda without RS2; the motion was seconded and the council voted unanimously to approve the remaining consent items.
