Shoreline and environmental permits - SADF and shoreline permits: Staff recommended and the board approved several shoreline-dredge-and-fill and riprap permit requests after staff review; one project was continued to April 8 for additional site-specific resolution.
Immigration MOA (F1) - Memorandum of agreement regarding warrant service (287(g)-related): After extended public comment and legal briefing, the board voted to ratify the MOA. Motion by Commissioner Angelique Moore; second by Commissioner Kelly Semrad Wilson. Vote: unanimous approval.
