The motion to adopt Resolution 25-05 and the administrative plans passed 3-0. County staff provided lease-up percentages by supervisor district: 63% leased up in District 1, 29% in District 2 and 8% in District 3, reflecting differing housing market availability across the county.
Staff said the measures update county administration of the voucher program for the 2025–2030 period and align county procedures with program requirements. The board approved the plans following a brief presentation and discussion.
Action: Adopted Resolution 25-05 to approve Z034 and the five-year 2025–2030 and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher administrative plans; vote 3-0.
