Charlie Donohue, administrator for the Division of State Lands, presented the agency's principal budget account and a short list of enhancements. The division's requests include modest increases to cover travel for national association participation, equipment replacements (principally computers), and a plan to replace two bond‑funded positions with general‑funded equivalents so Tahoe program and administrative work can continue.
