Puma consultants briefed the joint commissions on an existing-conditions review and initial options for Boulder’s general improvement districts (GIDs) that cover Boulder Junction and other commercial areas. The presentation previewed recommendations that Puma will present in more detail to the commissions on April 8 and to City Council on April 24.
