The commission directed staff to ensure meeting minutes reflect the $500 fee contained in the approved resolution. If the commission wishes to raise the fee later, staff said a new resolution would be required and county and city signatures would be updated in the administrative record.
No formal fee increase was adopted during the meeting; the $500 resolution remains in effect.
