Director requests study session on meter coding and billing after email raised concerns

Director Goode on March 18 asked the Fort Smith Board of Directors to schedule a study session “as soon as possible” to examine meter coding and billing issues raised in an email from a staff member. Goode said three current board members had been on the board in 2017–18 when a measure was passed and that a deeper review is needed.
