A Know Your Rights presentation during the March 5 Richmond Rising meeting covered constitutional protections, how to respond to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at a home, in public, or in a vehicle stop, and local resources for residents. Presenters from the Richmond Rising team said the training is general information, not legal advice, and encouraged residents with specific immigration cases to consult an attorney.
