During the Oct. 5 meeting the Touch Commission discussed the city’s housing element and asked staff to have its consultant prepare a draft for the commission to review. Commissioners said the existing materials were too broad and that the draft should present clearly differentiated goals and more specific policies that the commission can comment on.
