Hooper planning commission approves conditional use permit for neighborhood kindergarten

The planning commission approved a conditional use permit for a private kindergarten/daycare to operate from a 25-by-30-foot outbuilding at 3928 South 5350 West. The applicant said she will run two three-hour shifts (AM and PM), cap attendance at 10 children per shift and follow state and local licensing and inspection requirements.
