Planning commission forwards Atlantic Boulevard proffer amendment after VHDA policy change
The commission voted unanimously to forward a proffer amendment for a 3-acre Atlantic Boulevard housing project to the Board of Supervisors after staff said the change aligns the proffers with a revised Virginia Housing Development Authority policy allowing some affordable units to survive foreclosure.
