New village mapped; county receives school district code and notes about parcel build-out
County mapping staff said the new village has been mapped and a school district code for 'Livingston Manor — Roscoe Central School District' was issued; staff noted roughly 60 tax parcels currently identified within the village boundaries and a preexisting subdivision review for 27 lots that may generate multilevel condominium units.

County mapping staff reported at the Management & Budget Committee meeting on March 13 that the new village has been mapped and that the county received a school district code for "Livingston Manor — Roscoe Central School District." The map and code will require coordination with the state and five towns to integrate the code into local systems.
