After a closed-session legal briefing under Wis. Stat. —6 19.85(1)(g), the Parks and Culture Committee reconvened and voted to adopt a resolution authorizing Milwaukee County to enter a settlement agreement and mutual release with Grandview Management Inc., doing business as Zilly Hospitality Group, resolving certain disputes under a 2013 catering and facility-management agreement (amended May 2, 2019).
