Caroline County commissioners held a public hearing Tuesday on legislative bill 2025-005, which would repeal term limits for planning commission members and modify removal and suspension language to conform with the Annotated Code of Maryland. No members of the public spoke during the hearing, which the board opened and then closed after hearing no comments.
