Town to withhold occupancy until developer replaces undersized drainage pipe
Building officials noted a developer must replace an existing 15-inch ADS pipe with a larger corrugated metal culvert (48-inch CMP, partially compressed) before an occupancy permit will be issued; the town will place a note on the developer's account and hold occupancy until the work is completed.
