Committee votes on multiple House Bill 2 sections; several provisions accepted

During the session, the Finance - Division I committee considered and voted on several discrete sections of House Bill 2. The committee accepted sections addressing civil-penalty lists, hearing procedures and other items by voice votes, and approved an amendment to repeal a revenue-sharing provision by roll call.
