At the March joint meeting the committees tapped Stacy Ann to lead this year’s Juneteenth planning, discussed sponsors and possible dates, and considered permits and locations including Bridal Court and a Holland Street closure. Members recommended applying for a street‑activity permit early because the SAPO requires long lead time.
