Chester County marks Mental Health Month; officials highlight Human Needs Network and mobile crisis response
Commissioners issued a proclamation for Mental Health Month and county mental-health officials reported the Human Needs Network answered over 18,000 calls in 2024 and the mobile crisis resolution team made just under 1,000 dispatches, officials said.
