Sullivan County planning committee approves several routine resolutions, authorizes broadband attachment agreement; one item left unresolved

At the close of the planning meeting the committee moved several resolutions in block, approved a pull‑attachment agreement with New York State Electric & Gas for broadband permits and approved the creation of a county‑funded position; one resolution about removal of unsafe structures drew dissent and was not completed in discussion.
