Wheat Ridge City Council on Jan. 27 adopted an ordinance updating the municipal traffic code to align with the 2024 Model Traffic Code for Colorado. Council approved the ordinance on second reading; the adoption updates local rules on e-bikes, cellphone use while driving and other equipment and vehicle-technology provisions.
