The Planning and Zoning Commission opened a public hearing on Jan. 6 to consider an ordinance for a specific-use permit for a commercial radio use at Urban Crossing (Block A, Lot 19R), property owned by the Urban Crossing Homeowners Association. The commission then tabled the item to the April 7 meeting at the applicant's request.
