The Spring Hill Municipal Planning Commission on a 6-0 vote approved STP 17-24-2025, a site plan for a mixed retail and small-industrial business park at 683 Beechcroft Road, with the applicant required to remove vinyl gates between the retail buildings and the first warehouse building on both sides of the center drive aisle.
