The Isanti County Board on July 1 approved a two‑part contract to migrate recorder office images into TriMin Systems and to host the recorder application with TriMin. Angie Larson, auditor‑treasurer and CFO, said the move eliminates a separate imaging program and shifts hosting to TriMin for an annual fee of $17,000; there is a one‑time $8,000 image export fee.
