The Temple City Council made two board appointments during the July 17 meeting. Council nominated and approved a council member to fill the city’s seat on the Hill Country Transit District board; the council also appointed Council Member Kirkendall to the Central Texas Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) position vacated by a departing member.
