Kaufman County Commissioners Court discussed two pending petitions seeking creation of municipal utility districts (MUDs) and declined to issue a formal written recommendation to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) at Thursday's meeting, saying staff should gather additional details before the court submits a recommendation.
