The Development Planning Commission unanimously approved a zoning map amendment to rezone 125 Canebrake from interchange service (B-5-P) to light industrial (I-1) to allow an enclosed recreational-vehicle storage facility. The vote followed staff presentations and a development-plan review that identified required conditions and sign-offs.
