The Marion County Board of Commissioners authorized Chair to sign and Public Works to submit an application for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant Program. The application would fund an update to the East Salem Service District stormwater master plan, a comprehensive update to the county's 2006 plan.
