The Perris City Council on Feb. 25 introduced an ordinance to add chapter 7.52 (Vector Control) to Title 7 (Health and Welfare) of the Perris Municipal Code, a move that would authorize Riverside County to implement and enforce vector control services in the city under a previously executed memorandum of understanding.
