Senate File 945, presented Feb. 20 to the Senate Taxes Committee, would permit a refundable sales-tax exemption for construction materials used in the new Redwood Valley Elementary building for Redwood Area Independent School District (ISD 292897), with purchases eligible March 11, 2024, through Sept. 9, 2026.
