The Senate Banking Committee convened a brief executive session at the start of its hearing and approved the committee's budget resolution by voice vote. A member moved to approve the committee's budget resolution "by voice vote if there's any if there's no discussion all in favor, say Aye...the ayes have it. The resolution is adopted and is hereby ordered reported to the full Senate," the transcript records.
