Madera County commission approves voluntary demotion and several classification, overtime changes

At its Feb. 18 meeting, the Madera County Civil Service Commission approved a voluntary demotion for an auditor-controller employee and adopted three human-resources classification and overtime changes, including creation of an Administrative Services Manager classification and a reclassification of a traffic supervisor title and salary range.
