The Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6–0 on Feb. 6 to recommend approval of a zoning change and development plan for the Schelling property, a request to rezone approximately 10.85 acres at 2665 and 2735 North Whitechapel Boulevard to a residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) and to create 10 residential lots and two open‑space lots.
