Metropolitan Development Commission approves resolutions package and no-appeal docket
At the Feb. 5, 2025 meeting the Metropolitan Development Commission took a grouped vote on eight resolutions (including tax-abatement and preliminary economic revitalization area resolutions) and approved a 14-item no-appeal petitions docket. Most resolutions passed 7-0; two items recorded recusals and passed 6-0.
