Catherine Camaratti, LSO budget fiscal staff, presented the bill and walked the committee through definitions, project listings and special provisions. She noted that the bill uses the strategic investments and projects account (referred to in the bill as S13) and authorizes certain private revenue (PR) expenditures for specific college projects. "S13 as in the CIPA account or the strategic investments and projects account," Camaratti clarified when asked by the chair.
