At its meeting, the Ocala Municipal Code Enforcement Board granted extensions to March 6 for several property-complaint cases, reduced a $65,750 fine to 10% for a vacant lot next to an Aldi store if paid by Feb. 10, and approved staff-recommended liens and cleanup orders on multiple properties.
