Iron County commissioners approved a proposal to hire Elliott Work Group to produce a 25‑year master plan for the Iron County Fairgrounds. County staff and fairgrounds leadership said the plan will guide decisions about new permanent structures, circulation and public amenities, and will be used to prioritize capital improvements.
