Murphy Police Chief Gibson told the City Council Feb. 4 that the Murphy Police Department was selected by Lexipol for a national case study after completing a rapid implementation of the Lexipol policy and training platform in roughly four and a half months, a process the chief said commonly takes 18 to 24 months.
