Colleen Thompson, the town building permit agent, told the Planning and Land Use Commission on Jan. 9, 2025, that two building permits were finalized in December.
Thompson said one was a certificate of occupancy recorded for Lot 332 (owner Harold Saunders) and the other was an approved electrical permit for initial service on Lot 302 for Gerald Viola and an identified partner listed informally in the record as a "significant other." Thompson said those were the only finalized permits in December.
Commission members asked a spelling clarification about a place name that appeared in the packet; a commissioner noted the correct spelling is "Keo." Thompson said she would correct the database entry.
No further questions were offered and the commission moved on to other agenda items.
